I got a very similar prefab coop and I thought it was ok for this summer as the 4 chickens got a lot of yard time. But my added run wasn't as nice as yours and my arms were getting cut every time I reached in to clean or fill food or water. Then I started to think about how cramped it was going to be for winter and I decided to build a bigger coop. I am so happy I did.
