Pre seasoning

We made extra ribs on the smoker with a dry rub of Italian herbs, extra oregano, red Chile flakes and cyanne pepper. Great for the birds for a treat.
In my house, I'd do my best to strip those to the bones, give what's left to the birds, and when they are done, add them back to the fire pit - the ash back to the garden.

Waste not, want little.

But hey, if you want to use ribs to up your birds protein and fat intake? You do you. How do they like the smoky???

They loved the one dh gave them earlier. These ribs needed cooked before they went bad. There are way too many for the two of us so we decided to give so.e to the birds as a treat.
