Possible prolapse or infection?

Hello,
This is my chicken that we just noticed had this issue with her vent.
There are only hens in our flock and no others are showing this issue.
I believe she just laid an egg since we got all our blue eggs for the day.
They have a large enclosed area for them to range in and are fed pretty good feed plus some soldier fly larvae, oregano, red pepper and a little ACV in one of their waters.
She seems just a little off, nothing crazy right now. We just soaked her that's why she looks wet and it looked better right after the soak but came back out after.
Anyone know what this is? And if you had success treating it before?

Also I know she is missing some butt feathers, we are trying to figure the culprit to that too.

She's slightly prolasped. Keep the exposed tissue coated with oil or ointment so it does not dry out.

Move her to her own space so other hens don't pick at the tissue and cause damage.

Very Important is to get Calcium into her. Give her One 300mg tablet of Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet Now, then once daily for 7 days.

What is pretty good feed? Layer feed? All Flock? What's the %protein?

Do you provide oyster shell free choice?

Feed is Organic layer 17% and yeah I put oyster shells in there for them. We separated her and it seems better for now ill have to get some tablets. Any specific oils work best in this situation?
