Predator at my neighbors coop

So sorry about your neighbors coop! Don't let that experience stop you from getting feathered friends, instead let that experience help you learn!

When building your coop, DON'T use chicken wire, instead go for some hardware cloth

I made that mistake and now have no way changing it. I now feel like a sitting duck waiting for that one terrible day I lose my feathered babies.

Could you add hardware cloth in front of the chicken wire or just behind it to enhance the strength.?
