Predator at my neighbors coop

Most of us start with 'not good enough' security, and learn the hard way that what we've done hasn't prevented predation.
Hardware cloth, well secured, is the minimum necessary. We also have 2"x 4" woven wire over the hardware cloth on the lower 4' of the run, and it has a concrete foundation. Why? Bad experiences.

Pictures taken of our coop/ run combination right after it's newest reconstruction, so still not stained. The wire is attached with fencing staples, and then boards screwed into the structure over the top.
For bears, electric fencing is necessary in addition.

The entire coop needs to be rebuilt. Sadly, whatever the predator that did this is likely to be back for more.

That is why I said a big dog they are very good at keeping other animals out of the yard (mine even knows were each animal belongs so if I have a loose birds he will put it back in the right pen for me.)

Did you train or just lucky?

Just lucky, I did a little training but he picked up most of these thing on his own. It back fires when I am moving birds around.
