Predator identification help

So last night we lost a turkey hen, a little over a year old. This is our first loss to obvious predation in 2 years so I am a little surprised. We live central texas, an I'm not sure what could have even done this, well I know we have bobcats/moutain lions very very rarely, but I don't know. They sleep in the trees around here, so something got her either over night or early morning

The way flesh was stripped from the neck makes me think that it was a raptor kill - perhaps a Great Horned Owl or a hawk.
