Predator light - anyone tried one?

Does not work...in fact I think it is a joke but someone has to make money right. Get a cheap radio ..put it on talk radio AM and it will keep the critters away. Just do not listen to the radio because it will make you angry.

I have a solar panel and one of those 3 LED spotlights hanging beside my coop. It blows in the wind and shines around all night. I am pretty sure it keeps coons away.

I visited with a lady yesterday who has used one for 6 years and seems to work. She was out in the country with lots of opportunity for wild life attacks. It is important to have it at eye level to the predator.

X2

I have 'solar night eyes'. Such a little thing to help protect the flock..... solar is very effective--- recharges, comes on a dusk/dark, flashes all night.

If you have ever really been in the wilderness at night -- it is the red flash of the eyes that is one of the best ways for you to know something is out there in the dark.

The lights are ONE of the things I rely on to protect my flock---

Amazon.com has them for $17. If you buy more than one that would qualify for free shipping. I think my pen is pretty predator proof but I just bought some for added insurance.
