What is the best way - without shooting or poisoning - to discourage any predators from snagging my ducks?

The predators that we have that I know of are: Eagles, hawks, owls, opossums, rats, bobcats, and coyotes. Not to mention cats. We have dogs, but *very rarely* do we ever get stray dogs. Predators(even eagles and hawks) don't come around my house very often because of my wonderful dog, who will and has happily destroyed anything that dares touch his territory(minus, of course, Pyrrhos). The one thing I know that we have in our yard at night are owls and possums However, the run where the ducks will be once they grow out of their inside cage is going to be literally right next to my window.

Other than my babies being near my window, what are some other ways I can prevent predators from taking my ducks?

EDIT:
I should add that they'll all be coming inside at night, so I'm not that worried about nighttime predators.

An electric fence will deter some of the ground based predators. I have my run enclosed in chicken wire. It wasn't that expensive to cover the top also that should keep the owls, hawks and probably the possums out. My coop and run are in the back of my back yard. I have a Lab in the backyard that is terretorial. I have an electric fence around the base of the coop and run. It will keep the Lab and anything else that comes along from trying to tear through the fence. From past observations the Lab will keep other things like foxes, bobcats and even squirrels out. The electric fence will keep him from joining the chickens. He lays outside of the run and watches the chickens and ducks.

We're getting chicken wire to put underneath the ground as well to deter any digging. No electric fencing. (: I like the idea of covering the top with chicken wire, too.
