Predators keep attacking my chickens/ducks, how to keep them out of my yard?

I talked to someone I know who works with animal control, and they can’t do anything about it because the dogs are owned. They said to talk to the owners but idk who the owners are, also I have extreme social anxiety.

I agree with @McChooky. You can talk to everyone, but the only person that can stop the attacks is you by putting up a fence

I can’t put up a fence because of our property lines.

So I have had various instances where my chickens have been attacked by stay dogs. My chickens aren’t free ranged, but I’ll let them out into my yard when I’m watching them, and I’ll go inside for just a few minutes and come back out to find stray dogs attacking them, this has happened a few times, no chickens have died yet, but the fact they do it in plain day tells me they aren’t going to stop until they kill all of them. I do a good job of keeping them out of the run and coop, but I need to find a way to get these stray dogs out of here. Any suggestions?

Treat the dog like a coyote and put a .22 round through its lungs!!!
