OK, So I was just wanting to see what your views are on when it comes to killing say, a fox, when it kills some of your animals (chickens, geese, etc). I've found (on different threads) conflicting views.. Some saying "Its your fault, fix your fences" and others saying things such as "I don't mind them, but once they are taking my livestock they're in danger of living". Some people have just commented that they love foxes or something and don't kill them. So, what are your views when it comes to killing an animal whose threatening your birds / livestock.

Foxes. *Sigh* I know that when a fox takes a chicken it's most like to feed her pups, and that if it happens, then the fencing has problems. However, if my flock is bothered at night, I'll shoot. If I see a predator during the day, I'm up and dressed and can run out there and shoo it away. Of course, that night I make sure my gun is loaded...
