I have a similar problem but without the yolk sticking out. My sweet baby is sooooo small about the size of my palm, that's very small and he was stuck to the shell of his egg so we had to help him, it's been two days and he is still small and has dried something all over him. We have medicated feed and water with him and he has yet to leave the incubator. IS he going to be ok? Also my mother hen won't stay with him she leaves him so back inside the incubator he went. Thank you!

i have a similar problem but i did cut it off and she been drinking sugar water with egg yolk, and shes getting her strength back i did a minor surgery on her i put two stiches and her guts stay in place.... some neosporing to keep it clean and now after 12 hours its getting dry and looks like she has more energy shes still liltle week and under weigth but i started giving her medicated chicken food lil by lil
