Premature chick under a broody hen?:'(

He's premature, even though this is the guys 24th day

He hatched on his own put his quite a lot of yolk left to absorb(his lower belly is all just yolk). The best I could do is put him under a heat lamp on his own as I don't have an incubator, or is it best to leave him with her? There is only one other egg left besides him, I had two other little guys that made it out but one went missing and the other fella died

I would move him. I would be afraid he would get stepped on. Put him a coffee mug on top of a moist wash cloth under a heat lamp. Watch he does not get too hot/too cold as he wont be able to move. I had to do this and little chick did just fine.
