The discharge probably meant that she was in heat. The pawing is a sign of abdominal pain and the head pressing is a sign of a headache. The head pressing is one of the symptoms of polio (thiamine deficiency). Ask your vet for some thiamine. The head pressing and the pawing combined really sounds like enterotoxemia. The two often go together. Entero is deadly. If it were my goat I would get some clostridium perfingens antitoxin (not toxoid) and give her a dose. You might be able to find it at the feed store or livestock supply. If you have penicillin, give her about 5cc's. Penicillin is effective against clostridium organisms and will help, but if she has entero you really need the antitoxin.
