Preparing for lockdown!

So my mallard duck egg turns 28 days on this coming Tuesday. When should I put it on lockdown and what temp and humidity should it go to. Right now it's 99.5F and low humidity due to air sac not growing as much as I would like.

Lockdown starts on day 25. You want the humidity up to at least 70%. The temp stays the same
