May sure they have a good quality layer feed to help  support their laying.

Feed them, shelter them, love them and wait. If you don't have a rooster you could try dancing for them (<joke)

Put golf balls or other fake eggs in the nests to show them where eggs belong. I like golf balls because fake eggs fool ME, golf balls do not, but they serve to convince the hens.

And yes, patience. Nothing else you can do to get the party started.

Time... 4 weeks after their combs turn bright red and plump up. 2 weeks after they squat for you if you don't have a rooster.

But truthfully, when you have come to accept that you somehow got the only non laying chickens on the continent...3 weeks later they lay.
