Prepping for chicks

I've fenced off approximately one third acre for my chicks that are due to arrive at the end of the month. There are many wild rhubarb inside the fencing and I read they are poisonous to chickens. My question is will the hens ignore them, or do I need to figure out a way to get rid of the rhubarb? There is way too many to dig up.

Welcome to BYC. You can do your own search here on BYC, but from the posts I have read say that many chickens eat it without a problem, and that any animal has to consume lots of it to be a problem.
