I would have had a lot of my questions answered if I had read all the way to the bottom of the article you posted. I saw the first two recipes and I thought that was all there was. I just now read the rest of it. There are several recipes there I would like to try. They are far more to my liking than most of the recipes I have found in the new cookbooks I just bought. My computer won't let me cut and paste them but I am going to copy them off the minute I have a minute. Thanks.

They are posted as photos, so you can right click on the recipe and choose "save as" to save it to your computer. Then you should be able to print it out. Let me know if you can, I have not had anyone test it!

I did better than that. I found the book on eBay. I bought it and just got notice it had shipped. It is the 1971 edition rather than the 1974 though. If it doesn't have the recipes I want I can order the later edition. I was so excited when I found that one I didn't check to see what else was listed. I just saw the cover and it is the same as the one you have on your link.

I bet it is the same if it has the same picture. It is just the little book you get with your new cooker. Mine is all messed up from using it, but now I had to go find it because the recipes are so easy that I have learned the ones I like and use all the time. Some things will not apply to your electric cooker, such as quickly cool it by running water over it in the sink!
