I have some Albino cots, yes, red eyes.

I bought Schofield Silver Collection eggs, hatched them, got 2 albinos which ended up dying. I bred the other quail i hatched and hatched eggs from them, got more albinos.

I think the Tibetan Colour variety is gorgeous!
