It was. It was also soft shelled. It was poor Safaia, my Sapphire Gems first egg. I think that she is the one who keeps laying double Yokers as well.

She will probably end up laying them for a little bit until her system adjusts. I remember when my lavender Orpington first started laying she was doing fairy eggs her first three weeks lol! By the way, I love your signature!
