I tell you what... this is my new favorite thread XD

I have two super-hammy Americaunas (or EE... Americaunas from Cackle).


This is Zoet the Americauna (pronounced "Zoot"). She grew up to be a total velcro pet lap chicken. She's like a puppy... cuddles and sleeps on me every time she can catch me looking even slightly sympathetic... and otherwise just follows me around chittering. Can you tell?



Zoet again, falling asleep instantly in all of the warm places... as long as they involve cuddles...



Zoet around 8-10 weeks... displeased that I have woken her up from her lap-nap to take this photo.



Zoet being lazered by the cat...8ish weeks (the coop opens into the cellar - built into the house in a crawl space/storage... positive pressure HVAC and lots of ventilation... stays 90 or below in the summer, 40+ in the winter. Great stuff!)

Zoet at around 19 weeks... demanding attention, as per usual...
