lol Peepsicle, he totally was. He has this look on his face like ¬_¬

Many people, including my own husband, like to refer to the Polish hens as the "vegas show girls" lol

lol yes, they're usually very docile. They're the breed that changed my mind about chickens being pets, after all. In my experience, they tend to bond with one or two individuals, whether it's another chicken or a person, and they'll be in the company of that individual whenever possible. Their crests can make them a bit neurotic since they can't see, but I give mine a trim now and then to improve their vision and that helps.

They're about ten pounds of personality in a five pound sack. Every one I have is unique from the rest.

People think chickens are stupid. They may not be as smart as most animals, but they're sure good at being chickens, and they have a whole lot of personality! Never under-estimate a chicken. CHICKENS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BawkabawkaBAWK!!!

Bjork cautiously exiting the coop to see what everyone is fussing about. She nearly missed out on the treats--delicious, stale, homemade bread and a blackened banana.

Mars, strutting his stuff. The girls had broken up into two groups, and he kept going back and forth between them to check on things.

Elvis up to no good. He flogged me twice today, but his heart wasn't in it. He backed off quick when I started "dancing" at him.
