I miss my girls... oh yeah, guys.... the rooster came back 36+ hours later dehydrated and hungery... few abrasions where the dog's teeth were and ALOT of feathers missing, but he is alright. Some electrolytes and TLC and he is back to himself again... but it's sad because he was found circling the coop that he was in with his girls and you could see he was looking for something... probrably them.
He was nameless before, now he is "Rocky" (because he was beat up)
ETA btw he had dog slobber over him... he must have somehow survived them playing with him and got away as soon as he could. I had to call people to be witness to it... I knew no one would believe it.
