He has feathered shanks in the picture. He has a single comb while Wyandottes have rose combs and clean shanks. He has the typical Cochin body type too. Very cute bird, just because he doesn't have perfect barring doesn't mean he isn't handsome Cochins are supposed to have lovely temperaments.
