Is $10 for an adult Jumbo coturnix hen a good and resonable price? It is fairley young.

WOAH!!! If you can get $10 for your quails I want to come live where you are! LOL! I sell mine for $3.50 each for young birds, $1.50 for just hatched chicks, and $3.50-$5 for adults that are laying

$10 is pretty steep in my opinion. I will sell adults for about $5 a hen that is laying and $3 a rooster. I was selling my chicks for $2 a piece, but have seen them listed for as much as $4 a chick.

Depends on where you are. Around here, I get $4.00 for 6 wk old breeder birds that are just ready to lay. Older breeders go cheaper, and I get $2-3 for started chicks 2-4 weeks old. I'd sell them all day long for $10.00 each! But, more power to you if you can get that for them.

Good guideline.
By the way, Jason, did you get my email? I am ready to buy your hens whenever they are ready.

And if you still have extras you want to sell, I might be able to look around in south bay for more buyers for you.

POL quail and roos..... ack, I've never paid more than $4 apiece for them.

If you're thinking of buying one for that price, I'd say you're getting ripped off. If you are selling them for that price, then more power too you!

I sell my males at $2-$3 each. It's been a while since I sold any females, and I have only sold them in groups, but they were $15 for a group of 4 (3 females and 1 male). So if the male was $3, then the females were $4 each. I'm going to try to get $5 each for them at auction this weekend, since I know just how badly these people are wanting females!!
