LOL I actually have that on DVD. My parents grew up in Essex, UK and are massive fans of anything indian... actually, my dad likes everything indian, pakistani, south asian, etc.

I've seen a lot of Bollywood films in my life LOL.

There was one that was filmed in Toronto and featured several big Bollywood stars but I cannot remember the name of it right now. It had a pretty killer soundtrack too.

Its cold and windy outside so I just rented and watched Becoming Jane Austen...wonderful choices for the two main characters! Beautiful Anne Hathaway and the wonderful young James MacAvoy.

And I've got a two inch thick book I found the other day, Bronte Sisters! Its got the complete and unabridged; Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre and Agnes Grey:)

I've read all three already and those books are at my cabin, along with a book of poems...

When I was 15 y/o, I went to a movie at SouthCenter that has three screens for the one movie and watched Wuthering Heights. It was like you were the characters or at least standing there with them on the mountain side, calling to Heathcliff...and that actor in that movie was the most gorgous man! I don't remember who the actors were back then, in the 1970's but I'll never forget the faces and the feeling of watching in 3 screens.

I found it! And, yes I was one of those teenage girls back then swooning over this "unknown" actor...LOL

Kandukondaian Kandukondain (Sense and Sensibility)

This is a version of Sense and sensibility, it is done by the South Indian Art Movies in Tamil, but has Ashwarya Rai, and is superb.

She does a fantastic weepy song in it, from Kandukondain kandukondain available on youtube.com :Enge Enathu kavithai

I did a special study of Pride and Prejudice for my degree in Literature, never got over Colin Firth as Mr Darcy, still have a double video here,

James Mcavoy is my alltime favourite actor, seriously. He was fantastic in Atonement. Ugh. I can't even begin to explain how much I adore him and Atonement and Becoming Jane.

Colin Firth will always be my Mr. Darcy.
