No! The Colin Firth version all the way!

I hated Becoming Jane -- I could never accept that Jane would have been interested in such a cad.

Yes, I was talking about P&P, I never talked about becoming jane,,,,,that's not really a movie version of the novel

Opposites attract, one of the laws of nature;) Also, fiery passion in youth...

I take a look at how I posted I was so taken with Wuthering Heights in 1970's, by Timothy Dalton...I look back now and think he wasn't that hot in the pics posted about the movie. But at the time, I was young, inexperienced, an empty vessle so to say and with fiery passion

Most probably some of that is still there within me;)

He'd probably have to smile, too, at his audaciously spoken thoughts on life, now... LOL!

(Sorry, I never center on one thing at a time, its always got to be more)

Ah, Colin and his silent, sideways glances. They even beat his wet shirt scene.

In the book tho, doesnt mr collins end up marrying one of the younger sisters, the piano player, not the best friend? I cant remember, and dont have time to re-read the book, but it seems to me that would have ben a better choice than the best friend......

anyone remember what the book did?
