I named my little runt that wasnt growing "Hope" because we had lots of hope that she would grow up into a healthy chicken. When I first got all 6 of my chicks, they all were growing good for a week. Then one stopped growing. She is 13 weeks old like the rest of them and she is only half of the size of the others.She now responds to her name whenever I call her. Good luck on finding a good name for your sick chickie!

How about Hope like chickenman8 said? The name Hope given to such a sweet little survivor I think would be a wonderful name because this one little chick and her story make all the difference in the world and gives hope to those with sick chickens just like her.
I'm not looking for a prize, but if you want the best name for her, I'd have to say I agree with him on naming her Hope.
