Probable kidney issues?

I agree, I'd give her the Calcium and see if that helps. Being hunched up along with an ammonia odor, I would suspect something reproductive. Most reproductive disorders can cause similar symptoms, so it would be hard to know which one unless the hen dies and necropsy is performed.

Deworming and treating for Coccidiosis probably won't hurt, I would not deem either of them as aggressive treatments. As long as dosing is correct, dewormers like Fenbendazole and Albendazole are well tolerated as is Amprolium that treat Coccidiosis.
I found citrical tablets on Amazon- that has both calcium citrate and vitamin D; hesitant to get it in case it’s got other stuff in it not great for chickens. What do people usually use for that supplement?

Well a sad update- I’m pretty sure she’s passing. It was such a subtle thing I missed it til it got really bad and I didn’t get a chance to get her vet care. Was going to take her tomorrow if she didn’t turn around but I don’t think she’ll make it til then. She’s sitting on a clean blanket in the sunshine, hoping that I can at least help her feel peaceful for a bit before she goes.

I’ve tried the below;

Corid, 2 tsp in 2 gallons of water daily for 5 days (today is day 5)
Calcium citrate with d, 1 tablet today after a 20 min Epsom salt soak. During the soak I fed her a scrambled egg which she ate well. Didn’t really want water so I carefully gave her some via syringe. Half an hour after the calcium tab I did another 20 min Epsom salt soak.
Checked on her about 2 hours after the soak to see if anything happened and found her pressed against the side of the tub she’s in, eyes closed, sighed when I pet her. No movements or much reaction.
I bought safe guard to worm her but it arrived 3 days later than it was supposed to. So I never got to give it.

I feel like a huge failure and, am upset she’s not felt well since Wednesday and essentially has been suffering for 5 days.

I felt her abdomen during the first soak. It felt a bit bloated but firm / squishy, and between her wing and leg on one side I felt what could’ve been an egg? (Movable, hard, smooth) but not totally sure.
She was pooping but it was mostly urea/watery with some darker chunks in it.

I really thought I was a better pet owner than this but it’s got me rethinking everything.
