Probably a dumb question: what is an EE?

I've figured out the other abbreviations, but...what is an EE?

EE is short for Easter Egg(er) chicken. These are a type of mutt-ameraucana chicken. They look like Ameraucanas and lay green/blue eggs like the ammys, but they are actually just ammy-cross mutt chickens. In fact, most so called 'Ameraucana' chickens from hatcheries are actually EEs!
EEs come in a limitless range of color and are really sweet and tame. They may not be purebred, but they are a great 'breed' of chicken!
