Probably not serious: Black dot on pullets comb

It's probably nothing but we noticed a hard black dot on our pullets comb. I'm assuming its a scab or something that maybe healed weird but it's definitely not something that would come off. I'll include pics but I basically just wanted to post this to make sure it wasn't something to actually be concerned about.

Also, how old is "she"? Cause it actually looks like a he to me...
They are 5 weeks old and they are one of the chicks that have a more questionable gender lol. I say she because they do have a half sibling who looks just like them that I am pretty sure is a rooster. Compared to some of her hatch mates her comb and wattles have not developed a ton. I'll include some pics of her and her similar looking brother

I think cockerel, but too young to know for sure.
The pictures of his face make his comb look much bigger. 😂
