Probably the dumbest canning question EVER!

Got 4 pints of cherries canned tonight!

Not a huge haul, but then again, I'm not sure what DBF will eat. He's weird about canned food. I cook, though...

I don't can corn, I freeze it. All you do is blanche the ears, cut off the corn and pack in freezer bags. It is crisper than canned. Less time too.
