Probably the dumbest question ever

I keep mine inside the coop and fill it everynight at bedtime. They have time to have breakfast before I let them out in the morning. I have suet baskets attached to the run for treats like veggies and keep their water outside as well.

Ok now for another dumb question, what time do they need to be let out in the morning? If I'm fairly certain it won't be the very first thing I should put the food in the coop. What time is first thing? 7-8? or like 5-6?

I guess the semi-sorta good news if you look at it that way, is that at least for this year we will not be having all that many chickens. We only have 2 now and are waiting on another batch to hatch. We decided to just build the coop 4x8 and will just adjust the number of chicks we end up with. Between the roosters and what not I am hoping 8-10, but if the next batch hatches well it could have been 20+(temporarily of course). But it looks like not that many will be hatching again, so we should be able to keep the numbers reasonable from the start. Hopefully there's some hens in the mix though.
