Probiotic for water?

I am in the process of buying all the last minute necessities for 8 chicks that are being hatched April 2nd. I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for a probiotic for water! We are doing exclusive organic and non gmo and I would like to make sure that we stay on that same trend.

What do other "crunchy, organic, non gmo" homesteads use?

We use HydroHen, which was recommended by a silkie breeder years ago. I don't use it too often; it's a "now and then" thing. I don't stick with non-gmo stuff but that actually is.

The older chickens get fermented grain about once a week, which gives them probiotics/prebiotics.
