Problem raising BBR Phoenix

I'm having a hard time getting my phoenix chicks to live more than two weeks. Are they extra delicate? I've had no trouble at all with any other breed I'm hatching. Anyone with any experience in this breed have any Ideas?
 
I'm not sure, but would like to know also. (I have one in the bator right now)
