Problem With Chicks Staying With Ducklings

I think people mainly keep chicks and duckling separate - because ducks like to make big splashy messes with water , ponds etc. They don't mind being well. Chicks on the other hand could get ill from being wet often. Also later on drakes will attempt to breed chicken hens. Drake "parts," are not made for chickens and can hurt or kill a hen(chicken)

Update #1: So, i seperated the ducklings from the chicks but, they can see each other. I just ordered a pool for the ducklings! Everyones happy!!!
