Problem with my 5 day old chick

One of our chicks that is 5 days old continuely turns its head to the side it didn't do it right away started after only a few days. Here is a picture it is a Bantam Plymouth Rock Columbian variety any suggestions? It is the one in the middle I have been taking it out a few times a day and doing physical therapy of moving its head to the side with my hands it moves fine but when I put it back does the same thing over again.

but try giving vitamin supplement or at least Sava chick or electrolytes

Here are some better ones I can give them electrolytes and save a chick I have both but he is eating and drinking seems completely healthy besides the head. Also all 4 other chicks that hatched along with him are fine.
