I started incubating several eggs starting April 28 and 29th. Two of my eggs were infertile when I candled them on the 7th day. But most of them looked as though that came all the way through the 2nd or 3rd day and had blood veins starting but were no where near the state they should have been for the 7th day.

I did have one that looked promising, but I am unsure if it okay or not. I'm very new to this. Presently I have three eggs in the incubator and am going to wait it out the 10th or 12th day before I give up on these three.

Usually you can't see any progress in the growing embryo until day 4/5. Any veins at all on day 7 means you have a healthy growing embryo in your egg. Bunches of people see no development in their eggs on day 7 and they check again on day 10 and the eggs are full of veins! Good luck and happy hatching :D

Thank you, I'm going to wait these three eggs out and keep my fingers crossed they hatch

day 6 and 7, I'll see if I can get some pictures

I woukdnt count them out just yet as I had some duck eggs show nothing on day 7 and now its day 11 and I was pleased to see 4 out of the 6 suspected have grown nicely. Got some chicks pipping at this very moment although they are a day early.
