Problem with my incubator any ideas?

Alright, my brinsea mini eco bator stopped working and we tested the power supply and that seemed to be the problem, so I ordered a new power supply. Now I can't seem to get my incubator to reach 100 degrees. Anyone know anything about bator mechanics? I can get it just above 95 degrees.

Maybe the thermostat needs to be reset. In my old Brower Top Hatch incubator, you had to turn it all the way up till it stopped, and all the way down till it stopped, and then start incubating again.
