Problem with Pecking Chick's & What to use on them?

Yes I am new to raising chickens and have 25 3-4 week old chicks. Everything was going great until today ~ there were two Chicks that were pecked at their back end, so what I am asking anyone, besides seperating them from the flock and making sure they have plenty of water & food - what can I put on the affected area to heal up? I would appreciate all the imput I can get. My husband had to make a bigger Make-Shift Coop till the one he is building for the Chickens is ready. Never a dull moment.

i would def separate them - any bloody or infected area will draw the attention of the other chicks and more pecking ..... just keep it clean and dry .... it should heal on its own ..
