problem with readout on Suro 2 incubator

After getting out my incubator this year I plugged it in to find that the readout displays 0 on both the temperature and relative humidity displays. The incubator works normally other than this and I can set everything as normal but for some reason the display shows zero. I can feel from the warmth that it is on and the pump is operating it just seems that it won't readout what the temperature and humidity are. I have tried factory restore and can't think of anything else I can do.

Any clues?

Rcom King Suro 20? I don't know a whole lot about it yet because mine will be delivered tomorrow but you didn't hit all three buttons at once did you? That puts it in calibration mode and I watched a video that said never do that.
