Problem with the Silkie Rooster

We are new with chickens. Any tips on how to deal with a Nasty silkie rooster? We have 10 hens (assorted) and 2 male roosters, one is the def. dominant and wil go after you when you enter the run or coop. Any suggestions?? He's 17 weeks old~ thanks

maybe he's just a mean rooster and thinks he head not you but since he is 17 weeks he is in his teenage stage it is like rooster puberty and should grow out of it in like a week or so
