Problems when selling your backyard eggs

I never would have thought about the richness of duck eggs causing a problem with some people. But I actually did switch the ducks feed from a regular laying feed to a flock raiser feed for ducks, with a bit higher protein. I don't sell to any stores or anything like that I just mainly sell to allot of people in my small town, people I work with, friends and family. I do have a variety of different breeds of ducks as well this time I gave her all my XL pekin eggs before she took my medium eggs mainly coming from my mallards. I am working on making Carton labels.

Were could you test for these things? I have given all my customers my phone number so If I hear another word from someone then I will go for some tests to be sure everything is ok. I am just thinking if I did have a problem with salmonella I probably would have heard from more people, I sold duck eggs to several people last week including a big family of people with chicken egg allergies and allot of other food allergy issues and they loved them and came back for more.
