Problems with Double R?

I bought an incubator from them years ago. They never even acknowledged the order. I called and they were quite rude. I'll never use them again.

i ordered a incubator from them and it took 2 weeks to get it and never got tracking #'s or or any info when i was going to recieve it. good luck

I did a "Buy it Now" on their E-Bay store on May 16th for the Genesis bator. Sent an email asking if they had it in stock and could overnight it. Never got a reply. Got back on their site and there is a page that says they don't respond to Ebay e-mails because they get too many ("750 a day"). So I called the phone number instructed to call. No answer. Next thing I know I got an unpaid item strike filed against me by them. I called again and this time someone answered the phone. She told me that it clearly said that they reserve the right to drop ship and it clearly states that seasonal items may not be in stock and are shipped directly from manufacturer. I explained to her that the only reason I bought it through their buy-it-now option was because I had already called GQF and they had a backorder of that model and had none in stock and weren't expecting any for three weeks - however it appeared as if Double R had the item and it said it would be shipped in 4 days. She said they NEVER have these bators in stock and that they are always ordered from GQF and shipped directly from them. She said they would put in a "Mutually Withdrawn" post but didn't - Ebay then sent me a "barred from Ebay" notice. I've been on Ebay for many years - having owned a vintage shop and bought all of my merchandise there. Now because of Double R I'm having to file an appeal for my first ever negative and strike.
