Problems with hatching

I would disagree. I've done this as a business for a long time and that is the correct amount recommend from a variety of breeders and hatcheries. For waterfowl it needs to be high because they have a thicker shell.
When I did the higher humidity I lost all the babies that is why I started lower and It worked until now but I have had some hatch.

The last thing I have to add is to make sure that the eggs are never refrigerated or washed. Only select eggs that appear clean and in the correct shape. Don't use soap unless it is specifically designed for hatching. I hope this helps :)
This is what I don't understand the eggs that were washed in egg wash and stored in the fridge for 2 days are the only ones that have grown the air sacks and started hatching.

What works for you, your incubator, and your eggs might not work for others. If I set my much humidity that higher than 45% I would lose most of my eggs. :(

Are you sure of the dates of these eggs?..Did they die awhile back? Do you date all eggs so know when due?
Yes I date all the eggs on the day they are collected and give them all a separate number number I keep a page a day diary of when the eggs were put in their weight and the times of every turn I candle and weigh them on day 10 ,18 and 24 and then mark the air sacks with pencil then I check once a day after that till they draw down and pip then move them to the hatching bator.

Each year is diffent so I just watch growth of air cells and drop humidity if needed. I'm at 35% today..I lock down at 60%...
