It's with a fan so I don't get cold spotsOur incubator has an alarm if the humidity drops below 45%. Are you hatching still air or with a fan? Still air requires less humidity

Also I have had to turn my alarm down because if I hatched on 45 they were all with tiny air sacks and dying so I run on 30/35 humidity but half have hatched and had great air sacks and the other half are tiny air sacks and the chick looks smaller when candling but they are all still moving so still alive.
Grasping at straws here... I googled for your incubator and don't get any results, so no ideas from looking. Corina Super 24? Do you have a picture of the incubator itself?
Anyway, I'm wondering if its possible that one side is much cooler than the other? Faulty heating element? Or when you turned the eggs, did you also rotate their location within the incubator? I'm sorry, I'm at a loss. Only other thing I can think is that those dark eggs are just so dense, you may try cleaning the bloom off next time. But then you will have to be exta-super vigilant about bacteria control.
Or is there any remote possibility that you have the days mis-counted?? I've done that myself. More than once.. lol
could this be it and she mistyped it? instead of corina it is covina?Grasping at straws here... I googled for your incubator and don't get any results, so no ideas from looking. Corina Super 24? Do you have a picture of the incubator itself?

Did you guys watch that video?I've got a video on how to hatch duck eggs on my Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSSsSBy85-NWPQbzT-61brQ?view_as=subscriber
If you are hatching out waterfowl make sure the temperate is 37.5 degrees Celsius and 55%-60% Humidity. Rotate the eggs at least three times a day. The last three days you don't want to rotate the eggs so that the ducklings can position themselves to hatch. Humidity is the biggest thing to consider when incubating waterfowl.
I watched it but what I have been told on here and what she says about the humidity is different. I have been told to shoot for 40% humidity and she says 55%.Did you guys watch that video?
