My GQF 1200 incubator thermostat went out during a storm last week. it has been at 97 degrees for three days. I finally got it working again but I had eggs in it that were 5 days old.

Should I toss the eggs and start over? Or roll the dice and wait it out?

I wouldn't toss them, they may be delayed a day or two by low temp but most should hatch out.

I had hatched out 3 sets of of random eggs and had great success. This Time I had aquired some cooper maran and some guinea eggs and the bator wants to act up. Go figure. I have been tweeking with it all morning and it seems to be holding its temp. I am guessing the storms that we were having, with the power flickering on and of must of messed the thermostat up. I think I will go ahead and leave them in. Maybe it will all come out all right
