proccessor in central pa

I was wondering the same thing. I totally will need someone this spring!

up in Lancaster, I would imagine there would be some Amish in that area that would have a small butcher shop?

I just got a call from Aaron Martin. He said for birds < 9 weeks it is $1.50. For birds > 9 weeks, it is $1.75. He charges .60 for bagging. He usually does processing on Tuesdays. He said the later in the year May-November, he needs to have an appointment made since he gets really busy. Most of the time he would like 3 weeks notice for scheduling. Right now it's the slow season, so it will be easier to get birds done. He has no required amount of birds to be done at on time.
