I went to Mexico a couple years ago to visit my sisters in laws, and there was a huge fiesta happening in the village. Grandma had probably 100 chickens butchered for the event, and the day before, she made the best soup... and it was all the parts that you don't typically eat. Including the reproductive tract. Looked just like this. It was wild!
