All of my meaties are done!  e We had to do 23 of them and the last ones are resting in the cooler on ice now.  What a relief to have them finished!

Awesome!!

We have 18 to go. But they are a couple of weeks probably... we did one last night that wasn't looking as good as I would like, supposed to be hot and muggy here today and both DH and I are at work, we didn't want the bird to struggle and I didn't want him to come home to a flipped bird.

Yeah!!!! I still have the 2 girls to go. I am waiting until next week though...it got too hot! I did get the 2 I already did vacuum sealed and in the freezer though!

good to know cuz I picked up and felt it's legs up what a big juicy boy he is. Gonna have to take care of him really soon. he is funny when the food comes out he waddle/runs then lays down to eat I'm sure you know what I am talking about.
