Hello everyone. I have a question to pose about processing meat birds. It goes like so. I have my setup except for the plucker (I'm going to make my own) the other thing I need is my scalding pot. I have a turkey fryer base and the propane but no pot. What size pot would be best to use for this. I would be processing pioneers and maybe australorps (spelled wrong I'm sure). Thanks for all your help
